Leadership advice for pastors

Here is a great blog by William Willimon about pastoral leadership in the church click.

I think there is great advice for pastors in this article which talks about knowing when to make decisions for change in the church.  The bottom-line is that the whole congregation will never be on board with the decisions.

Sometimes we must make decisions that others will not agree with.  But, like Willimon points out, we must work with those who do.  This means spend more time with those who are in agreement with the mission or decision.
